Hospice of the West is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our nursing team in West Tucson and Green Valley. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with rotating holidays, enabling compassionate end-of-life care across the community.
You will deliver hands-on hospice nursing, coordinate services, educate families, and advocate for patients’ comfort and quality of life while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Competitive pay reflects experience and responsibilities.
