The RN educator will support onboarding and training of RN staff and Patient Care Techs, including new graduates, with a focus in Surgical and Procedural services (OR, Cath Lab, GI, PreOP PACU).
This role designs and evaluates educational programs, partners with leadership and interdisciplinary teams, and provides hands-on training, simulations, and competency assessments.
