Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, working 3 shifts per week with a requirement of 6 weekend shifts over a 6-week schedule.
The Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse will provide patient care in a float pool position, necessitating flexibility to float between departments and various facilities. The role requires effective communication, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active Arizona RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 6:1.
