Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed
Hours:
40 hours/week
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Experience in a surgical/operating room setting
- CCRN or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan for the direct care of assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Implement clinical care based on patient needs and unit standards.
- Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate care tasks.
- Support the facility's leadership in ensuring high-quality nursing care.
- Manage clinical resources effectively in relation to patient care.
