Position Summary:
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing careplanin coordination with patient,familyand interdisciplinarystaffas necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates indischargeplanning process.
PayRate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:- Current state licensure asan Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable
Experience:
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, timemanagementand prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet stricttimeframes
