Schedule
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (7p - 7:30a) / 36 hours scheduled / 24 hours guaranteed. Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Job Description
The position is for a Registered Nurse in a mixed surgical PCU and medical surgical unit. Candidates will also potentially float to other units on campus as needed. Applicants must have previous travel experience to be considered.
Note:
Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in Arizona facilities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize critical nursing skills to provide quality patient care in the mixed surgical PCU and MS settings.
- Ability to float between different units as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 24 months PCU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months.
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
- No hits on state license to practice.
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications from approved vendors.
- Valid driver's license to verify residency.
- Travel experience is highly preferred.
