Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Clinical Research | Tucson, AZ
Health Op Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing specialty care and clinical research team in Tucson.
New graduates are encouraged to apply! This is a great opportunity for an APP looking to build expertise in gastroenterology, hepatology, liver disease, and clinical research while working alongside physicians, experienced APPs, and research professionals.
Role Highlights:- $130,000–$155,000 annually, depending on experience
- Friday half-day dedicated to charting and administrative work
- 4 weeks PTO + paid holidays and sick time
- CME budget and dedicated CME time off

We’re looking for an NP or PA who is collaborative, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in combining direct patient care with clinical research
. Previous GI, hepatology, or research experience is a plus—but not required.
