QAQC Planner

Tucson, AZ, United States

Work Arrangement – Onsite Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Oversee inspection of incoming and in‑house manufactured parts using precision measurement tools.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) including investigation, corrective actions, and rework to maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate SAP data including parts, BOMs, and routings; review quality records such as ITPs and conformance documents.
• Participate in weekly production meetings to support production readiness.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and administrative teams to provide quality and technical input.
• Frequent travel to customer sites to support quality assurance and planning activities.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of our safety culture.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office with strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain MSHA certification.

• ISO 9001 certification and knowledge of quality systems such as Six Sigma and Lean.
• Experience in the steel fabrication industry and familiarity with ANSI flange specifications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
