Pharmacy Wholesale Repackaging Manager

Job
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor and manage 10-15 repack employees including approval of timecards, yearly reviews, staffing, etc.
- Oversight and assistance in hiring and interviewing of new employees in the repack department.
- Work with Repack team to solve all Quality Control and operational issues that arise.
- Develop training programs and ensure that all repack staff members are adequately trained in quality and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of all Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Conduct and resolve investigations into product quality issues, deviations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Actions) and customer complaints.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas of improvement.
- Act as point person for preparation of and during all regulatory audits for state and federal regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with Director of Quality Control and Concentra corporate on all state and federal licensure renewals.
- Facilitate all Quality Control management meetings as part of the Quality Control Management team.
- Answer all repackaging and wholesale related email questions from customers and vendors.
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree;
Degree must be from an accredited college or university. - 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations including repackaging and wholesale is preferred.
