Quality Engineering, QA Specialist / Manager
The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a "Change Specialist" for a top leading biotechnology organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage change control workflows for supplier changes, CAPAs, non-conformances, and process improvements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, impact, urgency, and approvals
- Ensure documentation is current, compliant, and aligned with approved templates
- Track and drive timely reviews, redlines, and approvals of controlled documents
- Identify dependencies and ensure proper implementation of related changes
- Support Change Control Board (CCB) submissions and Change Management Office (CMO) activities
- Maintain compliant documentation systems, ensuring audit readiness and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, supply chain, technical operations)
- Promote continuous improvement and support process optimization initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field)
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, supply chain, quality, or documentation control
- Experience in regulated environments (GMP/GLP/ISO) preferred
- Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., Agile, EtQ, SAP) preferred
Location:
Tucson, AZ
Position Type: 12-Months Contract
Pay rate: $25-28/hr on W2 depending on experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
