• Utilize analytical capabilities and communication skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier‑caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze supplied material non‑conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.
• Investigate issues with supplied material, ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root‑cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented.
• Communicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assist with quarantine, containment, and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes.
• Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Existing DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• High computer proficiency, including skills with SAP/PRISM and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Six Sigma, Lean, and/or American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.).
• Experience in DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test, and delivery.

• Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100 USD, depending on experience, location, and role.
