* Job Summary:

** We are seeking a Service Calibration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform precise, high-quality calibrations at customer sites across diverse industries. This is a field-based position that provides the opportunity to gain exposure to different customer environments, broaden your skills across multiple calibration disciplines, and represent our organization directly with customers.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Calibration Execution
*** Perform calibrations in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards, including ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, AS9100, and ANSI/NCSL Z540.1.
* Support a wide range of calibration disciplines with opportunities to cross-train and expand expertise.
* Accurately document calibration results with full compliance and traceability.
* Maintain calibration standards and report equipment issues as needed.
** Field Support & Customer Engagement
*** Support calibration activities at customer sites and field service locations.
* Some travel may be required, including local day trips or occasional overnight assignments based on business and customer needs.
* Set up and support mobile calibration workstations and onsite labs.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress, technical needs, and scheduling.
* Build positive working relationships with customers while representing the organization professionally.
** Team Collaboration
*** Partner with supervisors and teammates to ensure projects are completed on time.
* Engage in cross-training to grow skills across multiple disciplines.
* Share feedback to improve service delivery, team efficiency, and customer experience.
** Quality & Compliance
*** Adhere to safety protocols, SOPs, and calibration standards.
* Participate in audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement efforts, including 5S and Kaizen.
* Maintain professional, audit-ready work spaces.
** Qualifications
* ** 1–3 years of calibration experience in a lab, onsite, or field service environment.
* Experience with RF/GP/Pressure calibration is preferred.
* Ability to support local or overnight travel assignments as business needs require.
* Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and related calibration standards.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
** Preferred Skills
*** Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
* Ability to work across multiple calibration disciplines.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles or supporting large accounts.#LI-CS1
