Job DescriptionRaytheon is an industry leader in Stealth Technology, involved in all phases of development, production, and maintenance of Low Observable (LO) weapon systems. We are currently looking for Radar Cross Section (RCS) Range Radar Operators to support challenging, state‑of‑the‑art technical projects during testing.
What You Will Do- Operate instrumentation radar during the collection of RCS measurements.
- Calibrate the radar system.
- Conduct regular health and quality testing of the radar system and subsystems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the radar system.
- Review and update the Range Book annually.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Support target configuration and test set‑up.
- Analyze radar data.
- Experience supporting RCS measurement testing.
- Understanding of radar system operation.
- Test asset configuration and mounting experience.
- Ability to generate test plans.
- Secret security clearance.
- Top Secret security clearance.
Position type options:
Onsite – primarily on site;
Hybrid – mix of onsite and offsite;
Remote – primarily offsite. Personal commuting responsibility applies for onsite and hybrid roles.
The salary range for this role is $68,900 to $131,100 USD.
