Location:
Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM & Friday, 7 AM-11 AM
Looking for a hands‑on role in a manufacturing lab where precision, consistency, and quality matter? Join our team as a Manufacturing Lab Technician and support product testing, quality control, and material development in a fast‑paced production environment.
Requirements- Strong attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and standardized processes.
- Comfortable working in a lab and/or manufacturing environment.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Basic lab or QC experience (scales, ovens, mixers, sieving equipment) preferred.
- Coursework or degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with composites, resins, coatings, or filler materials is a plus.
- Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials and finished products.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and approved test methods.
- Record, document, and report test data accurately and consistently.
- Assist with product development and material evaluations.
- Support production teams with troubleshooting and quality‑related issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment.
