Production Control Analyst, 4th Shift

Role Overview

Position: Production Control Analyst
Location: Tucson, AZ – 801 ~ 1151 E Hermans Rd, BLDG 801 (external site)
Employment Type: Onsite
Shift: 4th shift – 6:00am–6:00pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 4 hours Thursday or 8 hours every two weeks
Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required at time of application and existing on day 1

• Manage a high‑visibility, high‑mix, high‑volume area of production.
• Analyze, track, and report material availability.
• Release depot/production orders in the MRP system and confirm them in the shop‑floor system.
• Coordinate kitting processes with multiple stores and consolidation areas.
• Provide production‑floor support, including replacement part management, shop‑floor material staging, and movement of WIP through shared resource areas.
• Ensure completion of units in both shop‑floor and MRP systems and delivery to the next step (inventory or shipment).
• Maintain integrity of the shop‑floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics.

• University degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Active and transferable Secret clearance required at time of application.

• Experience with Special Program Access.
• Experience with Kinaxis, CMES, or similar software.
• Material planning and order execution experience.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365.
