The Arizona Department of Agriculture is seeking two full-time Egg Inspectors for the Egg Inspection Program. Positions based in the Arlington/Tonopah area require environmental sanitation inspections of USDA Shell Egg Plants and related facilities. Duties include sampling, candling, grading, and ensuring compliance with USDA standards.
No prior egg grading experience is required; training will be provided. Rotations between Arlington and Tonopah facilities are expected with possible overtime."
