Continuous Improvement Specialist
Raytheon in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Specialist at an entry level to support our ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and drive organizational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with Raytheon's Quality Management Systems (QMS) and operational standards, including AS9100 requirements.

- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Continuous Improvement (CI) experience (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with varied teams of different skill levels.
- Basic understanding of process mapping and root cause analysis tools.
- Ability to learn and apply Raytheon's Quality Management Systems (QMS) and AS9100 standards.
- Knowledge of Raytheon's internal systems, such as PRISM, Power BI, is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.
-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
