Quality Engineer
The Quality Engineer is an experienced quality professional responsible for independently executing and improving quality assurance processes across manufacturing and inspection operations. This role applies advanced quality tools, statistical methods, and systems thinking to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and to drive measurable improvements in product quality, process capability, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Serve as a key quality representative for internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits, ensuring compliance with ISO, AS9100, and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate audit preparation activities, maintain audit-ready documentation, facilitate auditor requests, and drive timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective action efforts arising from internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
- Utilize methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA to identify systemic issues, implement sustainable solutions, and prevent recurrence.

Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with a degree or 10 years without a degree

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
