We are seeking a Research Associate I to support a laboratory research team in Tucson, Arizona. This is an entry‑level lab role ideal for someone with a science degree who wants to gain hands‑on research experience. In this position you will help run laboratory experiments, record results, and support scientists working on new diagnostic tests that help doctors diagnose diseases and improve patient care.

• Assist with laboratory experiments and testing
• Record and analyze data from experiments
• Prepare summaries and reports of results
• Maintain organized lab records and documentation
• Follow laboratory safety and quality procedures
• Work with team members on research projects
• Help identify ways to improve lab processes

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field (Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.)
• Entry‑level or less than 1 year of laboratory experience
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team environment
