Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a Research Associate II based out of Tucson, AZ.

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)

PR: $27/Hr on W2

We are seeking a Research Associate II to support product surveillance and stability testing of reagent products. This role involves performing wet lab experiments, developing protocols, analyzing data, and maintaining documentation in a regulated laboratory environment. The candidate will contribute to product quality monitoring and risk evaluation activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform wet lab testing to monitor reagent product stability and performance.
  • Design and execute experiments, including protocol development and study support.
  • Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports, summaries, and documentation.
  • Support product surveillance activities to evaluate risks and ensure continued product stability.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records in compliance with GMP, GLP, and Design Control standards.
  • Participate in data review, document review, and study design activities.
  • Present findings to project teams and support cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and documentation systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related life sciences field.
  • 2–4 years of wet lab experience.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (GMP/GLP).
  • Strong documentation, data analysis, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with reagent testing or stability studies.
  • Familiarity with protocol writing and study design.
  • Experience in biological or molecular laboratory techniques.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
