In this role, you will perform essential laboratory procedures including mouse genotyping, collection and processing of animal tissues and biological samples, Western blotting and other molecular assays, maintenance of mammalian cell lines, and behavioral testing of mice. Working alongside faculty, researchers, and trainees, you will help ensure the successful execution of research projects while gaining valuable experience with cutting-edge laboratory methods and contributing to the advancement of biomedical research.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct mouse genotyping, tissue collection and processing. Western blotting and related molecular assays. Maintaining established mammalian cell lines. Assist with behavioral testing of mice and record results.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques, including PCR and Western blotting, mouse genotyping, tissue collection, and behavioral testing. Ability to accurately follow laboratory protocols and maintain detailed records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a research team.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
