Histology Associate 12 Months Onsite Position
Histology Associate 12 months onsite position. 1st shift hours, Mon-Fri from 7:30-4:00pm. OT is available, but not required.
The OpportunityPrepare tissue samples for microscopic examination. Operate and maintain histology laboratory equipment. Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory standards. Assist pathologists with specimen analysis and embedding tissues while standing throughout the working hours. Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Who You Are0–5 years of experience. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of industry best practices - well suited candidates are quick learners and self-starters.
PreferredHistotechnician or Histotechnologist certification. Previous lab experience preferred. Certification in histotechnology preferred.
EducationHigh school diploma or GED is required.
