Waters is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) to manage site monitoring across multiple clinical studies in regulated, high-volume environments. You will ensure GCP compliance, regulatory adherence, and study objectives while guiding junior CRAs.
The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting. Experience with Veeva Vault CTMS and CDMS is preferred, and travel to sites may be required.
