Shift Manager – McDonald’s

We are looking for an energetic and committed Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness while driving team performance and meeting operational targets.

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for all customers.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate shift performance, taking action to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and profitable shift by monitoring safety, security, and financial performance.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for shift transition.
• Support department goals and help achieve targets during shifts.

• Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and high energy.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
