• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• A team player who communicates well and collaborates effectively with kitchen staff.
• A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.

• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to clean dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, floors, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist kitchen staff in keeping dish areas organized and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Be proactive in supporting team members to keep operations running smoothly.
