Stage plates and setup breakdown area prior to events.;
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, trays, worktables, and kitchen surfaces.;
Maintain sanitary and safe work environment; keep floors and walls clean.;
Assist with light prep cooking and plating, and proper food storage/rotation.;
Communicate with Kitchen Supervisor and Executive Chef; follow directions.
