Execute the Manager in Charge (MIC) success routine and ensure team members complete shift tasks.;
Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.;
Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.;

Assist Restaurant Manager in screening Team Member candidates and help build a strong team.
