This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tucson, AZ, for a Culinary Supervisor at Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort. The Culinary Supervisor will oversee food preparation, maintain food safety standards, and ensure high-quality culinary offerings are delivered to guests. The role involves supervising and training kitchen staff, maintaining an efficient kitchen operation, collaborating with chefs to develop creative menu offerings, and ensuring excellent customer service through attention to detail and high service standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Food Safety standards and protocols
- At least 2 years experience in high-quality restaurant food preparation and culinary operations
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and train a kitchen team
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage
