Position: Server/Bartender Oro Valley Seis Kitchen

Position Summary

Seis Kitchen is looking for friendly, energetic, and service-focused Servers to join our team! As a Server, you play a key role in providing a welcoming experience for our guests while ensuring prompt and thoughtful service. We are a growing, local business that takes pride in serving award-winning food made with fresh ingredients. If you love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional service, answering questions about the menu and accommodating dietary needs.
  • Ensure tables and the dining area remain clean and organized.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with side work, stocking, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Support fellow team members to create a positive, team-oriented workplace.
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide exceptional hospitality and create a positive dining experience.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays, food, and beverages (up to 50 lbs).
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
