Service Cashier

Job Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally

Process service and parts payments accurately

Handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions

Balance and reconcile daily cash drawer

Answer basic customer questions or direct them to the appropriate department

Maintain a clean, organized cashier and waiting area Support the Parts and Service teams as needed

Follow dealership policies and procedures

Service Cashier Qualifications Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Professional, friendly communication skills
