Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

This role supports stocking and customer service in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas. You’ll help maintain sanitary conditions, keep shelves stocked, and assist Members with purchases in the deli department.

• Ensuring high-quality products are available for Members
• Keeping shelves clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards and guidelines, including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials
• Maintains Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, stocking, pricing, and maintaining displays
• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues
• Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment sanitation, and cold-chain procedures

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
