Job Overview

EZCORP is looking for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow. The role focuses on customer service, loan processing, and store leadership in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
- Promote sales and negotiate deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
- Process loans and extensions, and reach satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
- Perform opening and closing store procedures.
- Supervise and coach store Team Members.
- Lead and influence teammates through coaching and hands‑on involvement.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, with excellent judgment and time‑management.
- Ability to read and manage customer needs.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
- Sales background, bilingual, or TM only medical insurance (no cost with Blue Cross Blue Shield EPO Plan) is a plus.

Complete the initial 5‑week paid training program, earn a $0.50 raise, and transition to Lead Pawnbroker. Future opportunities include Assistant Manager with a 6‑month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.
