Supervise and monitor product quality and consistency; track inventory and the bakery budget;
Plan and order according to company standards to maximize sales and gross profit;
Engage and evaluate team members through coaching, feedback, and development discussions; participate in bi-annual performance reviews;
Recruit, hire and promote staff in collaboration with the Store Manager; act as Manager on Duty as needed
