Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers and choose the right products, pack items accurately, and dispense orders to customers. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. They may also help in‑store customers while fulfilling online orders.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
