Part Time Sales Lead -Tucson Mall

The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder who takes on additional responsibilities as Floor Leader on Duty during designated shifts. When not on duty, the Sales Lead functions as a regular Bear Builder. The role focuses on providing exceptional guest service and achieving store sales goals.

• Floor Leader on Duty: role model exceptional guest service, guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals, model Experience First behaviors, provide feedback to the management team about performance and compliance issues.
• Bear Builder: provide exceptional guest service by actively engaging guests, create a warm inclusive atmosphere, uphold operational excellence and brand standards, display strong team commitment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week

• Associate’s or higher degree in business, management, or related field
