The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder who takes on additional responsibilities as Floor Leader on Duty during designated shifts. When not on duty, the Sales Lead functions as a regular Bear Builder. The role focuses on providing exceptional guest service and achieving store sales goals.
Responsibilities- Floor Leader on Duty: role model exceptional guest service, guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals, model Experience First behaviors, provide feedback to the management team about performance and compliance issues.
- Bear Builder: provide exceptional guest service by actively engaging guests, create a warm inclusive atmosphere, uphold operational excellence and brand standards, display strong team commitment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Associate’s or higher degree in business, management, or related field
- Thrives in an Experience First environment

- Desire to develop, train, and support others’ success
- Exercises good judgment in ambiguous situations

- Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Capable of sitting, standing and moving around for duration of shift
- Work in indoor/outdoor malls, strip centers, and other retail locations

- Ability to create an Experience First culture for guests and associates
- Achievement of assigned goals
- Consistent execution of operational standards
