Assistant Store Manager - RLDP

Sprouts Farmers Market -  - Responsibilities:
Direct all business processes at the assigned store and drive sales and efficiency;
Lead a team of approximately ten people (all Department Managers and Receivers) with courtesy, respect, integrity, and care;
Maintain compliance with safety and food safety recommendations and requirements, as measured through audits; P&L ownership - manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets as a rate to sales;
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, unloading, stocking, facing, and rotating merchandise with attention to code dates and sanitation
