Role: Sales Associate at a pop culture retail store, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities- Provide engaging shopping experiences by sharing product and fandom knowledge.
- Maintain visual standards by stocking, merchandising, and organizing the sales floor and stockroom.
- Operate the register, process sales, and promote additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
- Assist with planogram updates and communicate fashion trends to management and HQ.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and uphold store policies.
- Support store maintenance and cleanliness.
- Participate in team activities and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Prior retail experience, especially in customer service and sales.
- Passion for philanthropy and pop culture preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to merchandise, operate store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
