Assist store management with opening and closing procedures and daily operations to deliver a positive shopping experience;
Demonstrate strong selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty and add-on sales;
Support management in merchandising initiatives and maintain a clean, inviting store environment;
Handle register transactions and use product knowledge to promote promotions;
Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable and oversee store operations during those times;
Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
