To oversee all aspects of the Cashier Department while fostering a friendly, customer-focused environment through efficient sales transactions. Train, guide, and support store staff, ensure exceptional customer service, monitor customer interactions, resolve customer concerns, perform cashier duties, maintain control of assigned cash drawer and counter supplies, and support daily store operations while working within company policies and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Motivation to coach, train, and support store staff while promoting a positive customer experience. Able to assign and distribute work while working collaboratively with management and team members. Ability to resolve customer concerns and de-escalate situations in a professional manner. Advanced cash handling, POS, and cashier equipment knowledge. Knowledge of pricing, trading, discount systems, and company policies and procedures.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, mediation, math, and time management skills. Able to maintain knowledge of current inventory, backstock, and market trends. Able to adapt to a flexible working schedule with early mornings, evenings, mid-shifts, weekends, and Manager-On-Duty shifts. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40lbs, and maintain a cleanly and organized work environment.
This is a full-time position (minimum of 32 hours per week) and Must have open availability to work on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and be able to work 5 shifts per week. Applications and resumes for this position will be accepted until Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
