Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory management, stockroom organization, sales floor replenishment, customer service, and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, freight, merchandise tagging, RFID scans, replenishment, and inventory transfers.
• Maintain organized inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
