Business Technology Solutions Consultant

We offer full training, clearly defined expectations, a proven process and an award winning service team to support your success. This is a territory based sales position and requires local travel daily.
Responsibilities- Promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through sales referrals, prospecting, cold calling, targeted accounts and lead resources.
- Manage accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Introduce new products, offer promotions, and assist customer service team to resolve customer issues.
- Contract negotiation, submission, and account documentation.
- Collaborate with IT engineering and project teams to complete projects and build relationships with existing accounts.
- Proven track record of success working in sales, business development, customer service, account management or a related field requiring prospecting for new business.
- Combination of education and/or experience through athletics, internships, or work experience that develops skills in business, competitiveness, and resilience.
- Competitive, positive and goal driven.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- IT sales experience or professional education in the IT field preferred.
- Strong desire to work in a customer focused environment with excellent time management and problem solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Base salary and uncapped commissions with opportunities for bonuses and contests. Total compensation range $60,000‑$150,000+ with average first‑year earnings $60‑70k and potential to exceed $100k within 2–3 years. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, uncapped PTO, life insurance, 401(k) with match, cell phone/vehicle allowance, company trips and events, and professional growth opportunities.
