Sales Representative

Overview

CS Design Studios and Swarm Pest Control Marketing are hiring a Sales Representative to own the entire lead-to-sale process for our digital marketing services.

This role is for an experienced salesperson who understands digital marketing and is confident prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals—working with both general businesses and pest control companies nationwide.

CS Design Studios is a full-service digital marketing agency serving businesses across multiple industries.

Swarm Pest Control Marketing is a niche agency focused exclusively on pest control companies across the U.S., helping them grow through targeted marketing and lead generation.

You’ll represent both brands
, depending on the client and opportunity.

• Owning the full sales cycle
  : lead generation → discovery → proposal → close
• Prospecting and developing new client relationships
• Confidently discussing and selling digital marketing services (websites, SEO, PPC, social media, ongoing marketing)
• Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Managing pipeline, follow-ups, and notes in our CRM
• Collaborating with leadership on strategy, offers, and positioning

• Sales experience required (B2B preferred)
• Understanding of digital marketing services and how they support business growth
• Ability to confidently explain marketing concepts to business owners
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning results
• Based in or near Tucson, AZ (hybrid role)

• Experience selling agency or marketing services
• Familiarity with home services or pest control industries
