We proudly serve the Southern Arizona region, including Oro Valley and Sierra Vista, with expertise in both residential and commercial pool projects.

Following our 2024 merger with Creative Pools & Spas, we’ve strengthened our capacity to provide high-quality and innovative solutions to our customers.

• Generate your own pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Lead the full sales process—from first meeting to signed contract.
• Design premium, buildable outdoor living spaces using 3D software.
• Evaluate site conditions, measurements, and technical requirements.
• Present proposals clearly and professionally, selling on value—not price.
• Guide clients through design decisions with expertise and transparency.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to construction and maintain CRM accuracy.

• 5–10 years of sales experience in pools, landscape, outdoor living, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Design, Architecture, or Construction.
• Experience with high-end clientele and permitting processes.
• Proven top performer with strong closing ratios and self-generated leads.
• Skilled in 3D design software (AutoCAD and Pool Studio preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction concepts and site evaluation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Creative, technical, detail-oriented, and driven to win.
