Firearms Sales Associate

Summary/Objective

Alpha Dog Firearms, Arizona’s Friendliest Gun Store, is also Arizona’s best paying gun store. Earn up to 40% profit sharing on top of an hourly wage. Full time sales positions are open. All applicants must be available to work any shift. Earn a professional wage while talking about things you love.

Alpha Dog Firearms starts all sales associates at minimum wage with a sales focused monthly profit share bonus. You must be customer-service focused with a sales-driven attitude. Prior sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement. All qualified candidates must be highly driven to achieve sales goals while continuously striving to improve and refine both customer service and sales skills.

The store hours are daily from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm.

Do what other people won't. Call customers, pass out flyers, make genuine customer connections, always find a way to make a sale. Professional and rich sales people don’t work Monday - Friday 9 to 5. We'll provide all the tools to succeed, you need to utilize them and become the master of your craft. If you’re not dedicated to trying to make $100,000, we don’t want you to work for us.

No offense. We want a team of customer service oriented, highly motivated, focus driven, sales experts. We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one, but we want you to have the drive to succeed. There are thousands of gun stores in Arizona, and we want to be the best. It starts with you!

• Engage with customers as they enter the store
• Possess and maintain a punctual and positive mindset with the intent to provide the highest possible quality of service.
• Engage with customers over the phone and via social media.
• Follow through on an exceptional customer experience by presenting customers with product promotions, new arrivals, and sales opportunities as identified through conversation.
• Create and maintain a friendly and helpful environment for our guests.
• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers.
• Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Be enthusiastic and informative about all products we carry.
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain back/front stock.
• Maintain all visual standards and expectations.
• Process purchase orders, returns, and exchanges through the POS systems.
• Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor.

Fast-paced, high pressure. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule if needed by management or if the project calls for a different schedule.

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for long periods of time. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and going up and down ladders.

Hours of operation are daily 10am - 8pm, Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

No travel is required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Veteran Preferred
