Join Our TeamAs we continue to expand our presence in the US, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager for the Western Region. The primary goal is to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our vision systems and sensors through strategic account development and distributor partnerships. This position is ideal for sales professionals passionate about industrial automation, relationship building, and consultative selling, especially in industries such as automotive, robotics, and food and beverage.

Your location: Arizona is a plus, but we welcome applications from all of the other listed regions of the territory
Territory: Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Idaho (plus later added expansions)
Authorization to Work: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Your RoleAs the Territory Sales Manager for the Western Region, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing both direct sales and channel relationships. This is a hands‑on sales role, requiring a proactive and technically adept individual to lead the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with direct customers, strategically developing key accounts and solving basic technical challenges with internal engineering support when needed.
- Channel Sales Management: Build strong distributor relationships through training sessions, joint sales calls, and co‑branded marketing campaigns to maximize their success and technical proficiency.
- Market Development: Generate leads through cold calling, market analysis, and trade shows while monitoring territory performance to identify new opportunities and adjust growth strategies.
- Organization and Reporting: Manage opportunities and customer records in Senso Part's CRM while regularly reporting on sales performance, key opportunities, and market trends.

What You Bring- Technical & Commercial Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or Business, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of technical sales experience in industrial automation or related fields.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle in a technical environment, with strong ability to prospect, present, and close deals independently while supporting and motivating distributor networks.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and explain industrial automation solutions, particularly in machine vision and optical sensors, with hands‑on problem‑solving skills for basic application challenges.
- Consultative Sales Expertise: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach and proven ability to develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
- Organization & Mobility: Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting, with willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
