Ideal Lending Capabilities

You should offer some or all of the following:

  • Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
  • Jumbo products
  • Down payment assistance familiarity
  • DSCR / Investor loans
  • Bank statement loans
  • Creative financing solutions
  • Fast pre-approval turnaround
  • Clear, consistent communication

If you only sell rate sheets and disappear during underwriting, this won’t work.

  • Weekend availability when needed
  • Clear borrower communication
  • Solid reputation with title and escrow
  • Willingness to educate agents and clients
