Grace Management's Sales Directors are responsible for leading the community in increasing occupancy and driving revenue growth. This role oversees all internal and external sales efforts, including lead generation, nurturing, and closing. The Sales Director develops strategic marketing plans, builds strong referral relationships, and ensures consistent execution of our sales process. In some communities, this role may also supervise additional sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve or exceed occupancy, revenue, and KPI goals.
- Manage all leads and referral sources using CRM tools.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing trimester plans.
- Plan and track marketing initiatives and expenditures.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical and non‑medical referral partners.
- Conduct business development appointments, presentations, and community events.
- Guide prospects, families, and advisors through the decision‑making process to close sales.
- Maintain competitive market analysis and up‑to‑date community rate knowledge.
- Support a strong internal sales culture through training and partnership with leadership.
- Ensure organization, accuracy, timely communication, and brand‑compliant materials.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, associates, and community partners.
- (If applicable) Supervise and coach additional sales associates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of senior living sales experience with proven results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team‑oriented approach.
- Ability to travel for required meetings.
- Successful completion of background and drug screening.
