Summer Sales Intern- grads

What you’ll do

As a Sales Intern, you will work with a dedicated Sales Representative to support ADP’s sales efforts by:

• Networking with key decision‑makers in a designated territory
• Developing and executing a prospecting strategy for ADP payroll and human resources solutions
• Mining existing and prospective clients for referral business
• Working with our Training team to grow your selling skills

• Positive Self‑Starter: Upbeat, persistent, able to cold‑call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in‑person, and on the phone.
• Agile Solution Seeker: Solves problems and finds solutions even in fast‑paced change.
• Continuous Learner: Currently attending school and has completed at least three years of a four‑year bachelor’s degree program.

• Prior sales experience
• Evidence of leadership skills and collaborative work style
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
