Andy Manchanda State Farm is looking for a confident, relationship-driven Acquisitions Specialist who enjoys connecting with people, creating new opportunities, and helping customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

• Previous sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable initiating contact with prospective customers
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of results
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable with consultative sales conversations
• Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
