Andy Manchanda State Farm is growing and looking for a motivated, client‑focused team member to join the office as an Account Manager. This is a hybrid sales and service role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, solving problems, and creating new business opportunities.

This is not a pushy sales environment. We are looking for someone who can take a consultative approach, ask good questions, educate customers, and help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Our office is backed by over 20 years of combined team insurance experience and is known for providing personalized, high‑quality service. We are a multilingual, high-performing team that values consistency, professionalism, and genuine care for our customers.

• Building strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and in‑person communication
• Assisting with policy questions, changes, billing, coverage reviews, and general service needs
• Quoting and presenting insurance options for auto, home, life, and other State Farm products
• Following up with leads, current customers, and potential new clients
• Identifying opportunities to cross‑sell and better protect customers
• Maintaining accurate notes and customer information in agency systems
• Meeting daily activity expectations and contributing to team sales goals
• Providing a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience

• Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting

• Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required
